The company is founded and headed by Ir. Ruslee who is a professional engineer, an oil scientist with several patents with more than 30 years experience in palm oil industry. He is the inventor and the patent owner of MY-162246-A, "Boilerless Zero Effluent Oil Palm Dry Milling" that would revolutionize the whole palm oil industry. His last post was with Felda Global Ventures, Felda Palm Industries (FGV) as General Manager Innovations.

Lee Dry Mill Solution was set up to revolutionize the palm oil industry by empowering oil palm farmers  to produce their own Red Crude Palm Oil (CPO).
